Return/Refund Policy

Customer Care

We at Just Jonna want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept items for exchange, refund or merchandise credit within 14 days.  If returned between 15 and 30 days, an exchange or merchandise credit will be granted. All returns must be unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags.  Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective.  Defective items will be replaced within 30 days.  If your item is defective, it will be replaced or repaired and shipped free of charge to you. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  Defective items will be replaced within 30 days.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Credit Card Use. We accept:

  • MasterCard

  • Discover

  • PayPal
     

Credit Cards: The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved, although payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order ships. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, your order will be automatically canceled.


Debit Cards: Payment is deducted from your account at the time your card is approved. A receipt is included with each order.
